How will you realize that it is time to adapt the CEO Factor™? Is it when you are no longer enjoying your business and it’s eating up all of your time? Is it when you feel that you have more than enough on your plate?

Becoming the CEO (aka the Chief Entrepreneurial Officer) is basically a big fat permission slip to do more of what you do best…while creating new strategies to deal with the rest.
But, for most entrepreneurs a shift has to be made in order for that to happen.

The immediate shift you must make is to start making decisions like you are already the CEO of a multi-million dollar business. One of the most important changes I ever made was to start making decisions today based on the business that I wanted, not on the business I currently had. So with this in mind, here are some questions I want you to consider. Keep in mind that the power of the questions you ask yourself will largely direct your results. If you already had a multi-million dollar business:

-    What do you have to do differently to finally achieve your big vision?

-    Who could get the projects done if it wasn’t you?

-    How would you change your business model to allow for 7- 8 figure consistent revenue?

-    What would have to happen for you to have the impact you want to have on the world?

-    Who do you have to BE to pull off making millions – without giving up your life?

Who do you know who is playing a really big game and has embraced The CEO Factor™ that you can model?
