		<description>I see a lot of aspiring business people fail to implement because they are waiting for perfection and an absolute feeling of adequacy.  Many times those feelings don&#039;t arrive, so implementation doesn&#039;t take place.  You are right we need to move forward, while not sacrificing excellence for perfection.</description>
