The CEO Factor™: Get Your Business Running the Way You’ve Always Dreamed Of

Have you ever heard the saying “the only thing in the way of your growth is yourself”? As entrepreneurs, we often become the core lifeblood of our business. It’s our passion, our vision, our strengths and our motivation that gets us… and keeps us… successful. So then, what the heck do you do when you get really big? I mean when your business finally takes off, you start making consistent six and seven figures… and you realize… there is no way you can continue to be the only lifeblood of the business?
Even if you hire a great team, put in a ton of systems and outsource everything that is not your core strength, you can’t get away from the fact that
THIS IS YOUR BABY! It’s up to you to make it happen.
I mean who will ever be more committed to your business being successful than you, right?
But unfortunately it’s that thinking that is keeping you smaller than you should be. If you are the only one that can make your business bigger and better then….
You have become the bottleneck to your massive growth!
I mean think about it. There are thousands of successful companies all over the planet who started with a great idea and became huge success stories – and the business owner didn’t have to be the only one to make it happen. But most of us “service based businesses” just get stuck. We can’t let go. Even with great leverage strategies to multiply our income, we still somehow get stuck in this trap where we are the center of the business. And trust me, there isn’t a lot of lifestyle or unlimited wealth in that scenario, is there?
I’m going to also make a really bold statement that might challenge your current thinking. Especially if you’ve been following some of the big business building gurus out there that specialize in marketing. Part of the reason you may be unwittingly crippling your growth is HOW you follow your mentors.
Now I’m not going to get into my ENTIRE belief here about the problem but I just have to get out there that you cannot follow a guru blindly. And many of my clients over the years have come to me after following someone for years only to find that the advice and strategies they were implementing helped them build a business that they didn’t love when they got there. So…of course…when you get there then you are discouraged and you start holding back from building it any bigger, right?
I want you to listen to what I have to say and then get that my job is to help you take the best strategies on the planet and customize them to you so you finally achieve YOUR desired lifestyle, goals and priorities.
Where are the bottlenecks in your business that are keeping you from having the lifestyle you want?
